The hotel features 318 guest rooms and represents a total investment of 1.2 billion RMB. As an international high-end complex, it integrates office, hotel, apartment, and commercial functions. Guided by the design theme of "Xiang-style Oriental Charm," the project inherits the spirit of historical figures and upholds the heritage of Chinese culture.

Design elements draw from Changsha's "Three Wonders": Xiang embroidery, palm weaving, and chrysanthemum stone carving. These showcase the romantic charm of Xiangchu culture and the brilliance of ancient civilizations through exquisite craftsmanship.
